Budleigh Salterton is an attraction in itself with plenty of history to uncover. Fairlynch museum is located in the town, alongside plenty of shops, cafes, welcoming pubs and the stunning Jurrasic coast with pebble beach.

Exmouth's sandy beach, a larger town centre is nearby with 4 miles of sandy beach and a diverse range of restaurants, pubs and quality shops.

Lyme Regis is also within easy reach for some fossil hunting.

The city of Exeter is only a 20 minute drive offering plenty to see and do.

For the kids there is Crealy Park adventure playground, Exmouth’s world of country life, and Bicton Park botanical gardens to name but a few.

Golf, horse riding, fishing, cycling, walking, bird watching, surfing, windsurfing, diving, kite surfing, climbing and kayaking are all within easy reach of the site.
